**Welcome to our smoke free inn! Smoking is permitted off site or in our designated area. Smoking on-site will result in a $250 courtesy fee with the proceeds donated to the Canadian Cancer Society.

**Our quiet time is 11 PM. Music or loudness is not permitted in the courtyard after that time. The south lot is available for all late night shenanigans and smoking as well.

**Guests are responsible for their key(s), if a key is lost there will be a $25.00 service charge added to your bill per key.

**Guests are responsible for cleaning their own dishes. A $25.00 cleaning fee will be applied to your bill to have our staff clean your dishes if you are in a kitchenette.

**Due to fire and safety regulations, please do not use any personal cooking implements (BBQ - electric, propane, Hibachi, Woks, Griddles, slow cookers, instapots,ranges, fire pits etc) in the rooms and on the room patios. You are welcome to use your personal cooking implements on the seawall. Should we need to take the room out of inventory due to smell/damage there will be a minimum fee of $250.00 for deep cleaning costs

**Due to staff allergies NO COOKING OF ANY SEAFOOD in the rooms please

**If you need a beach towel please see the front desk , do not use the hotel room towels.

**We do not have any pet friendly rooms. We have a strict policy .visitors with pets - PETS MUST BE KEPT ON A LEASH AT ALL TIMES - DO NOT LET PETS DO THEIR BUSINESS IN COURTYARD, DESIGNATED AREA IS NEXT TO THE FENCED LOT, PLEASE PICK UP! Please don't bring sports equipment into rooms. eg. bikes surf board etc

**Contactless check out is advised. Please leave your room key in the mailbox outside of the office

**Check in is after 4 PM & Check out is before 10 AM
